What is online giving?

Online giving is the ability to give a donation or schedule automatic, recurring donation using a debit or credit card, or checking or savings account (ACH). It allows anyone to give at any time of the day, 365 days a year.

How secure is my online giving transaction?

Morningside Assembly of God uses Vanco Services, a PCI Level 1 Compliant Service Provider that maintains the highest standards of security for online transactions.

Can I use my debit card or credit card?

Yes. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Do I have to create an online profile to give online?

No. You can give without creating an online profile.

What is the benefit of creating an online profile?

Creating an online profile enables you to save your payment information for future donations and setup recurring donations. It also allows you to view your personal history of online transactions.

 What is a “Recurring Payment”?

You can choose the frequency for your automatic scheduled/recurring donation to be made through your debit or credit card, or checking or savings account.

Are there any hidden charges or fees to give online?

No. You select the dollar amount for your gift. That is the dollar amount that will be recognized as your donation. There are no hidden costs or fees that you pay. When you give, you can choose to give an additional percent to offset card fees the church pays but there’s no requirement.

What is your refund/return policy?

While it is not the practice of non-profit organizations to return gifts once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift is made in error. Common examples include: making duplicate gifts within a short time period, and entering the wrong amount.
